The Performing Arts Center in Hod HaSharon, includes a 550-seat theater hall , a 150-seats multipurpose auditorium, a music center and a conservatory, a library, dance halls and an exhibitions gallery, along with retail spaces and cafeteria, underground parking and landscape development of a public park.
The project is designed with a unique emphasis on sustainable principles and energy efficiency with use of natural light from the northern curtain wall façade, and public linear green roofs that naturally continues the existing park area inspired by the surrounding agriculture fields. A set of sunken courtyards that cross the building enables an indoor and outdoor connection that creates an experimental and unique performance art and activity spaces.
