The silver aluminum-coated arcade enhanced by semi-transparent colored glass vertical fins, uniforms the structures into one continuous complex and creates a rhythm of light, color and scale. The colored glass fins create dynamic shades of various hues on the aluminum coating during daylight, and performs as a rhythmic chandelier at night, using hidden LED light strips.
Tilted cubical masses at the arcade corners contribute to the orientation in the complex and give the arcade an urban street scale.
The office building design continues the arcade material language while its vertical circulation core coated with lit colored glass, appears as a light tower.
The project consist 46,000 sqm of existing structures set for upgrade and renewal as well as additional 5,000 sqm of commercial areas.
